I work all day for around 16 hours expecting my 2 bedroom apartment to be spotless and clothes washed and pressed professionally although . The cleaning has been terrible, the washing caused most of my clothes to get ruined… The ironing left stains on my Thobe’s . Around a 20,000 SAR loss up to now from clothes that shrunk, suites and meshlah washed!!! The cutlery have some food stains or stains on them. Floors and paintings have some dust . Terrible decline for Ruffa ! I’m extremely disappointed and would cancel my subscription with this company.
