Here’s a firmer, complaint-oriented version: Firm complaint wording I am not satisfied with the explanation provided by the technician. He was unable to identify or explain the actual reason for the excess/improper cooling. Instead, he simply stated that the refrigerator is around 10 years old and therefore it is expected to work this way. This is not an acceptable explanation. The issue needs to be properly diagnosed, and I expect a clear technical reason for the problem along with an appropriate solution. Please arrange for a proper inspection by a qualified technician and resolve the issue rather than attributing it merely to the age of the refrigerator.
