I'm not rating the partner. I'm giving a one star rating for the app, the description, and the not helpful customer support agents. The description included inspection, spraying, vacuuming, gel application and filling of cracks in the first session, but only spraying was done. when I reached out to the customer service agents, they weren't supportive at all. They just dismissed what's on the platform and said only spraying would be included in the first session. The description is very misleading! You charge for something else and provide some other service. Very disappointing!
