Disappointed! Provided suggestions and disappeared. On Day 1, upon consultation regarding the wiring situation, he provided his suggestion which required us to procure material for the actual work and fix it on the following Day. When asked him of his availability for the following Day, he asked us to make the booking via UC app. In the promise of follow up action the next day the current job was concluded after which we acted on the suggestion I.e. got the required material and made the necessary arrangement for the follow up. When I contacted him via the app, I was advised to make a booking for the follow up. Fun part, no slots were available for booking this gentleman or any other electrician via the app after speaking with him. UC has no other electricians available in this locality???! Bizzare...it gets interesting that even on the following Day, I still can't book a slot for any electrician, including this gentleman for the work to be completed even as I type this message. Nevertheless, we were happy to get the job done through a local electrician who was not only brilliant at his job but also suggested a more suitable alternative which was way more efficient, easy and effective unlike the original suggestion provided by the UC consultant.
