Very disappointing experience. I live in a studio apartment and booked a 2 hour cleaning session to help me get my home in order after pest control treatment. The bathroom was already clean and only needed a quick clean, yet she spent more than an hour on it and it was still not properly cleaned. Another hour was spent on cleaning floors and vacuuming! mind you that my apartment is very small, it doesn't need that long. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned at all although I clearly told her in the beginning what I need. I repeatedly explained what needed to be done, but she barely understood my instructions and seemed to drag out tasks instead of moving on. She barely used any products to clean, just water despite me repeatedly asking her to, so I ended up telling her to use my own and put more. Although she was friendly most of the time, the service was extremely disappointing. I paid for help but was left with almost all the work still to do. Not worth the money.

Poor service, arrived late, spent 2.5 hours cleaning toilets and 1 bedroom. Did not even finish the clean and left. Kitchen and living room left unclean. Very disappointed. Will not be booking from UC again.

Overall she was ok but was too quick and finished my house in 45 minutes when I had booked for 1.5 hours . Many areas were left untouched - like under the cot ; few cupboards weren’t dusted . Also the stairs from mopping were everywhere . Even after a day , the stairs are still very prominent on my floor . Refused to clean the balcony when I guess it’s now allowed as summer is over. She can be excellent at her service if she gives attention to details and also show a professional behavior as I found her a bit unfriendly compared all my regular lovely ladies .
