She is excellent at her work! She shaped my eyebrows perfectly, did a very good facial, and her massage was so relaxing. She was very well-behaved, polite, and professional. She also cleaned everything properly after completing the services. I’m very happy with her work and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

She was a rookie, didn’t know how to do even do eyebrows. She was so unhygienic, arrived in dirty clothing at an early morning booking, had dirt in her nails- I didn’t even feel like getting touched by her. My skin has red spots all over my legs, burned me with the wax, was distracted all the time. She ruined my rug with wax, left so much of hair on my hands and didn’t even give a chance to check. My eyebrows look different- seemed like she was here for training purposes and it was her first day at work and I’m the one getting a free trial even after paying premium prices for the services as compared to premium salons or even other apps. Had a terrible experience, never expected this from UC. After raising the complaint and a refund for the service I booked but couldn’t take because of how great she was at her work , I realised that I’ve gotten these red blood spots all over my legs but sadly now I can’t re-raise my complaint on the app, so frustating and annoying.
