Before starting, the technician photographs your purifier to record its model and condition. During the job, every Native spare is barcode-scanned so you can be sure it's genuine and unused. After the repair, the technician checks the unit for leakage, and if the membrane was replaced they show you TDS readings before and after so you can see the water quality has actually improved. If the tank was cleaned, that's recorded too.
