He did a good job but played around with the timing of work in progress. He arrived at 1 PM (1 hour before schedule time), but did not ask for OTP. He finished the work by 5 PM and then called me up for OTP. By 5.15, he had left my home, but the app was showing work in progress which started only at 5 pm. There was an extra work which required some more payment. He called me to raise a ticket for that. I was at work, but my family members were there at home. Whenever I called him, he did not pick up the phone. I realised something was wrong and I put a complaint on the app and with the call centre’s help I was able to sort it out. I completely lost trust in this guy, and I would never want him to enter my house again.

Carpet has not been cleaned up properly. My carpet is still very dirty.. the outline or carpet is still filthy.. after cleaned up the dirty water was dripping in the balcony…it was not dried properly.. I am very disappointed, unhappy, I need resolution.. I didn’t expect it from urban company.. Either send another agent or give my money back
