Really bad experience He arrived more than an hour late Called lots of times for no reason before that Just dry vacuumed the mattress n applied soap water to the surface. Vacuumed it n declared service over. In 10 min It seemed it a huge joke

As someone who doesn’t speak fluent Hindi, he tried his best at understanding exactly what i wanted and answering all my questions. Timing was apt and cleaning done very well!

As soon as he entered. I told him the booking is for sofa cleaning and Dinning table, chairs also. Without understanding he was saying whether the seats of dinning chairs are of leather or rexin as the chatge is different. I said last time with the same booking the work was done so accurately. Just wet shampooing and cleaning that's it. He was reluctant in doing the Dinning table/chair work . Then after completing the sofa work he saw the chairs and was trying to show that he can do the Dinning chair and table also .. I said now I have cancelled the Dinning chair/table booking. I will book some other time So this kind of a service is not acceptable from UC . Very disappointing. Wasted my time and money for pre-booking it And also there should be the option to pay for the service after completion of the work and not only prepaid services May pls give proper training and deeva
