We had two sofas and a carpet cleaned. The sofa had some blackish stains which have become lighter but have not gone completely. The cloth of the sofa feels rough and hard as if the soap or cleaning solvent used to clean it hasn't been washed out of it. The case of the carpet is worse. The carpet now feels sandpaper like, again because of the cleaning solvent not being washed out of it completely. The surface of the carpet appears patchy with hard/soft and clean/ dirty sections. The facilitator you sent worked hard but maybe the technique or the cleaning solvent is at fault. We would like to request that you send across someone who has access to better cleaning materials to carry out the cleaning process again. A refund won't help us because both the sofa and carpet are in such a condition that we cannot use them without getting them cleaned again.
