Very bad cleaning, no change before and after cleaning

I had a very disappointing experience with the cleaning staff. The person kept arguing that cleaning the dining table and chairs only involves a quick wet wipe apart from cushion shampooing. When I pointed out visible dirt on the dining table surface, he insisted that thorough cleaning of the table is not part of their job. Even after showing him the service inclusions listed on the UrbanClap app, he argued that it only mentions wiping the chairs and not the table. After a lot of back-and-forth, he reluctantly cleaned the surface but continued murmuring about how it was not part of his job. Overall, the behaviour was unprofessional and the cleaning quality was poor — the dining table still had dust, and even the cushion shampooing was incomplete with several missed spots. I expect better service standards and attitude from UrbanClap professionals.
