They didn't clean majority of the stuff, just did dusting and sweeping. Kitchen and bathroom were still dirty, and their was dust on multiple furniture,

The workers were lethargic and out of 5 members, 2 were always on phone with ear plugs. They didn't bring even broom and wiper. The length of cables of cleaning machines were too short. They didn't carry extension cord and made it a reason for not using those important cleaning equipment. Many corners were left dirty and when I insisted, they just did a shabby job. Their body language made me hesitant to compel further. All of them were least interested. They did just a water washing, not 'deep cleaning'. I doubt if they knew what is meant by 'deep cleaning'. After the 'service' the Urban Company customer team took my opinion through phone about the cleaning and based on my complaint, they incisted the workers to clean again upto my expectations. But since the team was unprofessional, there was no result. At last I too realised that I am wasting my time. For the first time, I had such an unprofessional experience from a team sent by Urban Company.
