My experience with your home cleaning service was just okay. They have so many terms and conditions that are not mentioned in the packages. I live on the first floor, and I don’t understand what they meant by saying “this is not a balcony” — they didn’t clean either of my balconies and said it would be charged extra. The helpers were unprofessional, chewing gutka, and kept arguing about everything. They only worked properly when someone was watching them, and the moment no one was around, they stopped working. It felt like they had no sense of responsibility unless supervised continuously for eight hours. This was my first time booking a home cleaning service .
