The cleaning service for my 2BHK house took approximately 9 hours. The staff arrived at 3 PM and completed the work only by 11 PM. The service met expectations mainly because of Mr. Ansh (PRE), who visited during the process and ensured the staff worked properly. For the initial 4 hours, very little work was done. Around 6 PM, when Mr. Ansh arrived and observed the situation, he instructed the staff properly and supervised the work effectively. One incident that was highly unacceptable was that the staff falsely claimed they had cleaned the sofa, even though it had not been touched at all. When Mr. Ansh discovered the truth, he addressed the matter strictly. Additionally, one of the staff members even argued with Mr. Ansh, which was very unprofessional. Therefore, I request the company to take the necessary steps to improve the quality and professionalism of the service. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ansh for his efforts and supervision, which ultimately made the service satisfactory.
