I asked them multiple times not to miss any area while cleaning and had to follow them the whole day. They only cleaned properly where I was present and missed several areas like behind the dresser, corners, and parts of the kitchen. They said they didn’t have any equipment. After I requested many times, they finally brought the floor scrubbing machine but didn’t use any other cleaning tools. The kitchen was cleaned like a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning. They also asked me to pay extra for services that were already included and paid for. They said the kitchen interior was not included, even though I had specifically paid for that. I booked Urban Company and paid a high amount expecting proper deep cleaning, but the service was average. When I asked them to clean properly, they told me to cancel the booking and refused to continue, even though it’s Diwali time and very difficult to get a new booking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with the full home cleaning service by Urban Company. Rohit Mukhiya and his team did an excellent job. They were professional, punctual, hardworking, and thorough with every corner of the house. The team worked efficiently and paid attention to the details, leaving the entire home clean and fresh. Really appreciate their dedication and the quality of their work. Satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful service! 😊
