Even after paying so much for full home deep cleaning, I am disappointed with the overall experience and outcome. Starting with the behaviour of the professionals, as soon as they arrived early morning, the main guy entered one of the bathrooms with the intention of using it - he locked it from inside and when knocked, took some time to open. He didn’t even ask if he can use the facility. Coming to the service, this guy was frequently on the phone. The team did not do proper dry dusting of the surfaces, and directly started using wet cloth, due to which we were left with wet marks all over our floor and cupboard surfaces. They also did not use the floor scrubber properly to get the desired results. So many areas in the bathroom, living room, kitchen were left as is, with stains and dust. They were also using the same dirty cloth to clean all kinds of surfaces. We had to constantly check and remind them to change the cloth, but to no avail. They also used the same chemical on all surfaces. This did not seem like deep cleaning- but was more like deep infecting of every surface. No sense of personal hygiene, little cleaning training. Overall very disappointed
