I asked them multiple times not to miss any area while cleaning and had to follow them the whole day. They only cleaned properly where I was present and missed several areas like behind the dresser, corners, and parts of the kitchen. They said they didn’t have any equipment. After I requested many times, they finally brought the floor scrubbing machine but didn’t use any other cleaning tools. The kitchen was cleaned like a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning. They also asked me to pay extra for services that were already included and paid for. They said the kitchen interior was not included, even though I had specifically paid for that. I booked Urban Company and paid a high amount expecting proper deep cleaning, but the service was average. When I asked them to clean properly, they told me to cancel the booking and refused to continue, even though it’s Diwali time and very difficult to get a new booking.
