Excellent work done by the urban company team, I had booked a deep cleaning service for an unfurnished apartment. The workers have focused excellently on the cleaning not leaving any nooks or corners, I would be looking forward to using this service again and highly recommend it.

We recently booked a full 2 BHK deep cleaning service, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The cleaning team arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous, and well-organized throughout the entire process. They paid attention to every detail, including areas that are often overlooked, and left the entire apartment looking spotless. The floors, bathrooms, kitchen, windows, and furniture were cleaned thoroughly, and the difference before and after the service was remarkable. What stood out most was the team’s dedication, hard work, and willingness to ensure everything was completed to a very high standard. They were respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and patiently addressed all our requests. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and professional home cleaning experience. Excellent quality of work, great customer service, and outstanding results. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

The team was professional, and I’m happy with the overall cleaning service. However, floor scrubbing was mentioned as part of the service during booking, but I was informed that it could not be done on Italian marble due to the risk of damage from hard blades. This limitation should be clearly communicated during booking. Overall, satisfied with the other cleaning services provided.

Everything excellent except floor scrubbing. I talked with Mr. Ashok. He promised to redo it again as per mutual convenience.
