Review of Cleaning Service – Urban Company (Greater Noida) I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the cleaning team assigned by Urban Company yesterday evening. Firstly, the team arrived 30 minutes late without any prior communication. Despite promising professional-grade tile cleaning as per their specifications, they never used the tile cleaning machine they had shown during booking. They merely displayed their equipment in the dark and did not carry out the promised work. To make matters worse, I received a threatening call from a member of the UC team using the cleaner’s phone, demanding payment — even though I had already made full payment upfront through the Urban Company platform. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable and unlawful. This is by far the worst cleaning team I’ve encountered in Greater Noida. I believe this is part of a scam being run under the Urban Company banner, and I strongly advise others to stay away from such service providers. I will be filing a formal complaint in consumer court, including the threatening behavior I faced. Urban Company must take accountability for such teams representing their platform and endangering customer safety.

Great work by the team, some of the work could not be finished in the first day, they came home the very next day to complete the remaining work. Really appreciate that!
