Only 2 professionals came initially for the first 3 hours and did things haphazardly, troubling my parents at home. Repeatedly they were told how to proceed but they just didn't listen. Only after my father threatened them with a negative review they did a little better job. It's written it'll take 5.30 hours but they took 12 hours to complete the job and that too not upto the standards we expect, that too basic... Highly disappointed with urban company who have hired such unprofessional people.

Upender did a fantastic job. He worked very hard to remove all the stains. He is really good at his work.

⸻ I booked a full home cleaning service from UrbanClap and honestly, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Three people came, but out of them only one (the head, Nitin) was even trying to work. Even then, his work was not great either. The other two were just lazy – they picked one room each and barely did anything. The person assigned to the bathroom was apparently unwell (as told by Nitin), but still came and hardly cleaned. The taps weren’t even touched properly. In fact, my mother-in-law had to step in and show him how to clean them because he first denied that taps are included! The bedroom cleaner also did a very careless job – the corners of the floor are still black even after their so-called “deep cleaning.” Nitin himself took the kitchen, but instead of cleaning well, he created more mess. He broke a precious glass coffee mug, spilled one kg of ghee all over my utensils (which we had to scrub for hours to clean again), and still didn’t do a thorough job. They were in such a hurry to finish that they skipped important areas – my balcony wasn’t cleaned at all, the main entrance door was left dusty, spider webs were hanging in the living room which I eventually had to remove myself. Overall, this was a total waste of money and energy. Instead of feeling relieved after a professional cleaning, I ended up re-cleaning several areas myself. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
