There were marks of dust on the windows and window panes after their wet and dry cleaning with same cloth every where on windows and furniture. When challenged by my mother, they rudely said that that's how they do it and if you want this spot on, get some other professional services. When she showed dust on hand and dry wipe only then they cleaned again with same wipe. They left upper part of windows and the upper part of bathroom tiles unclean. When challenged again the reply was same. Using the same wipe on different furniture and window transferred dust from one to the other. This is the first and last time I am using your service.
