The team was great with their work and behaviour. They used top notch equipment and chemicals to clean and brought everything on their own. Cleaned every corner greatly and also suggested a few required changes and solutions regarding the problems in the house. The only thing that caused me to give this rating was firstly while I was checking after they said the work is complete I had to tell them thing after thing, "this got left" "that corner still has dust" which they corrected after I pointed out and also they did not rearrange the things back properly which I had to do so took a lot of my time and energy after they left. Other than that the service was great!

Only 2 professionals came initially for the first 3 hours and did things haphazardly, troubling my parents at home. Repeatedly they were told how to proceed but they just didn't listen. Only after my father threatened them with a negative review they did a little better job. It's written it'll take 5.30 hours but they took 12 hours to complete the job and that too not upto the standards we expect, that too basic... Highly disappointed with urban company who have hired such unprofessional people.

The partner didn't complete the cleaning properly, especially the insides of all almiraas and cabinets: when asked to do again their behavior was very rude and uninterested. We didn't have enough time on our hands to have everything done again so we had to end the service due to time restraint but wouldn't wish to choose this service again in the future. Did not get the desired or expected results at all
