Highly satisfied with their service. They cleared in advance what all stains will get removed to avoid any confusion. They were thorough and professional with their work. Thank you Urban company for making my flat ready to shift without hustle.

All services were good EXCEPT one concern: the soap wash of the floor has left marks which are not going away and the floor is looking dull now. For this, will need you to resend someone to fix this at the earliest.

I respect and understand the efforts put in by the service professionals. They were hard working and polite. Unfortunately the job couldn't be finished properly on first day but they finished it properly today. So I am happy with the services provided by Shiv chand and Saurabh. But, as a trained professional from Taj group of Hotels and a high end restaurant owner I also know the product were of Johnson diversy, which is one of the best for cleaning and hygiene products. Unfortunately you people used Multi cleaner on my Italian Marble which destroyed the shine and quality of my marble. I suggest UC should use the floor cleaner specially made for marble. Only glitch was not using the right product on right surface. Rest was all good.
