The team arrived on time, but there was guy named Manoj..he was an extremely careless one. He started cleaning the kitchen without asking me to empty the slab...with all dust falling on things kept below. He then moved the washing machine.. without removing the plant kept on top of the machine..ended up dropping the plant and almost killing it. They did not move things like the dressing table and shoe rack to clean behind them, only did when I asked them to do so. Lastly... mostly of the things like cushions, table mats..were left here and there...which then I put back in place. Very average quality of service.

Professionals were friendly and cooperative, they did listen and follow the instructions very well. But after completing the deep cleaning, the moping of the floor was not up to the mark, since they were using a small piece of cloth instead of using a proper mop and bucket. When we asked, they were ready to do so, but my house help came meanwhile and mopped the same. It is advised that UC give proper instructions to their professionals regarding the same because after deep cleaning of the house, the house should be sparkled and no extra effort will be required, this I believe.
