Not as good at cleaning as my previous experiences. Asked for more money for my entrance hall despite me paying for a full house deep clean. There were one or two cups in the sink and they left them dirty. I understand that it was not in the direct remit but if they had washed them while cleaning the kitchen I would be more inclined to tip them. I had to ask before they vaccumed, though that was requested.

He himself wasn’t there, went on further to do his freelance work. Left random 3 boys at my place who dint even cleaned the home properly, never opt for Gopal as his service cleaner. Despite of getting the house cleaned my house is still a mess it’s a complete mess with having them as a work team at home.

Multiple issues: Professional arrived late. Denied starting cleaning without electricity. There was electricity cut off when they arrived, I requested them to at least start with the cleaning of fans, cupboards etc which does not require electricity while I am arranging for some backup. Electricity cut off is not in my hands and it was not mentioned anywhere that cleaning will only be done with electricity. I had to call my building staff to get the floor clean off dry paint and After many phone calls to the customer service they started the service at 1200 where the booking was for 0900. Then they informed my wife that interior of the cupboards is not in the plan so they will not clean them. I had to again leave the office and go home and speak to costumer care. Finally they agreed to clean interior also. On completion of the service they pleaded for a 5 star rating. Overall pathetic attitude of professional after paying so much.
