Good Evening, I would like to bring an issue to your attention regarding the cleaning service provided at my home today. I had booked cleaning services for my drawing room, bedroom, and washroom, and Mr. Sandeep Kumar came to carry out the work. However, when I checked in the evening, I found that the area underneath my double-bed base was in a very poor condition, with dust and water still present underneath the bed. This is disappointing, as this is the first time I have faced such an issue with Urban Company. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and ensure that such negligence is not repeated with any other customer. Issues like this can affect the reputation and goodwill of your company. Kindly take the necessary action and ensure proper cleaning in the future. Regards, Dinesh Bist
