very much disappointed with the service. I have booked for 3 bhk deep cleaning + cabinet interior deep cleaning. When I booked it said it will take around 7 hrs but they just rushed and completed in 3.30 hrs. when i came to check the results, i have found that they have done a surface level cleaning, not deep cleaning,. i found my cabinet was filled with dust , when confronted they said they just forgot that part only. when i checked there have been more areas untouched. when complained with urban company they told i can raise concerns. but checking the whole thing again and looking around the corners itself is a headache , thats why only people book service of urban company so that everything is taken care of. I got tired with finding incomplete cleaning and asked them to leave after paying full amount which is around 6k(including advance payment) . Last he also had the audacity to ask me to give atleast 4.5 star rating. Very much unacceptable and unprofessional
