The service was great, the team did a good job cleaning. The coordination with the UC team, app, and team at my house was a pain to deal with. I got too many calls from UC!!

The work is so poor it’s beyond my imagination. I can’t believe urban charges close to 3K to offer this service. I truly should get a full refund.

Overall is good but more focused while using harsh liquids because my gas stove pipe is totally broken and started leaking because of some acidic liquids

People who visited didn't cleaned properly and when you ask them to do it they were ready to leave without completion of services and asked not to tell them if something is not right. I have to literally ask them to complete and do there work and I won't check things back. Rude people and absurd behavious. Dirty cleaning and I have lot of pic proofs with me. Wasted my money they are cleaning with acids instead of UC approved cleaning materials. House is stinking of acid smells after words and when they left I have collected ahit loads of dust from house while brooming. Pathetic service don't call such people at home.
