There wasn’t really much to do or repair as such. The bath mixer had a faulty part and he did minor adjustments to the water flow. We asked him to take a look at the shower head and all that needed doing was unscrewing and removing debris that was blocking the shower. We asked him also to check another tap that was blocked and again it was a very quick fix. Granted these were separate tasks but the minimal time and effort these took didn’t warrant the charge that we paid. Our society’s plumber would have done all of this for much less, the only reason I got UC is because our plumber is away. Lesson learnt for me not to trust the professionalism of your service providers.
