I consulted to enquire about replacing an Indian style lavatory with western closet in a brand new flat. The Indian style lavatory has not been used at all. The plumber who came asked for Rs6000/-!!!!! Just to change the closet!!! and then he connected me to a guy for the replacement of floor tiles (area 15sqft) . He too quoted Rs 6000/-!!! FAR FAR ABOVE THE RATES IN THE RATE CARD. VERY BAD. VERY VERY BAD

Deligent professional, comes on time and followed up as promised, calls before coning, however, could not solve the issue fully, wanted a slow closing toilet seat cover clip replacement for a roca product, he brought a local clip but was not slow closing, told me to connect with toca after sales support for help here, since this is an old product i dont have the bill and hence getting roca support is not possible
