Came to assess issue of leakage. He was not carrying any equipment and said he cannot complete the job now as he has more bookings but he will keep the booking open and will come back at 1 pm with equipment that he will take from his room in sector 52. He never showed up and we ended up buying spares as he recommended and neither he is answering our calls inspite of sharing and saving our number!we called him from three different numbers but he did not answer. UC must develop a mechanism to allow visiting person to transfer call to other capable plumber if the work required is beyond his capabilities. UC should also screen the people joining them otherwise they will bring bad name to UC
