I had a very disappointing experience with the Party Makeup service. The professional assigned was rude and unprofessional. She did not drape the saree properly, failed to fix the blouse, and did not deliver the complete makeup look as per our preference. Instead, she offered hairstyling services that were not even part of the package. The overall service was far below expectations, and we eventually had to spend additional time fixing the look ourselves. What is even more disappointing is Urban Company's response to the complaint. Despite clearly explaining the issues, I am yet to receive any meaningful support, resolution, or assurance that appropriate action will be taken. The support team seems more focused on processing the complaint than actually listening to the customer's concerns. I paid for a professional service and expected a certain standard of quality and conduct. Unfortunately, neither was delivered. The experience resulted in unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complete dissatisfaction. I expect Urban Company to take accountability, properly address the complaint, and process an appropriate refund. Simply apologising without taking any concrete action is not an acceptable resolution.
