I had communicated my expectations for the makeup and shared the skin issues with Geetika before commencing the service. However, my makeup was cakey and did not last even an hour after she left. She even demanded extra rupees 1200/- from me by stating that she used the premium products in my makeup and claimed that it would last for the day long event. I have paid her extra 500/- on Gpay as I was in hurry for the event. Since my eyes were closed I don't know which products She used and the makeup was heavy and cakey. I told her even during the service that I am not comfortable with the look but she made me believe that it would get settled in an hour. She even made me rate her service 5 stars by stating that it would impact her job at UC. I would have happily recommended her if she would have met my expectations and didn't ask me to pay extra for the below average makeup job. This is the first time that I have been conned by a UC professional who lacked professionalism. I want a refund since it ruined my event and wasted my time and money as well.
