In first visit electrician told me that two parts (element and one pipe) are required to be changed. So I booked again for service and repair and same electrician was assigned by UC. The electrician came with required parts and tried to fix the parts but couldn’t fix and finally damaged the geyser and left it uninstalled. Even told me to pay extra uninstall amount. 1st booking i paid Rs 168, 2nd booking i paid INR 288 and later electrician told me extra INR 150(uninstallment). My product damaged, not fixed, left it uninstalled. I wasted INR 606 amount.

The sign of a geyser switched on/off (means the light on the knob) was not working, and the front panel hook was broken and temporary tape was there which was not keep the panel sticking to the geyser.
