Very unprofessional, first didn’t ask for otp starting as per app guidelines, didn’t counsel me before doing anything. Did whatever they liked opened switch boards which were not the problem, later add them in billing, in a very amateur manner. Lastly slammed the mcb door hard several times, after which lights flickered. I asked them sab theek toh hain na?? Baad ms koi dikkad toh nahi hogi, they said saab theek hai.! Now light keeps getting off after and to switch one i have to tap the mcb board outside. At the time I didn’t realize all these small things. I regret booking urbancompany for general issues which customer doesn’t understand at first, and electrician take advantage of our lack of knowledge… and add the extra services in bill which is not necessary.
