Hey - This is the fourth time a Technician is visiting my place. I paid 5.5K for 2 year package and got all the filters changed. From that day onwards I'm facing leakage issue, taste issue and now the motor is not working. The customer supports is worst and I have never seen a Bot giving shit reply and not connecting the call with Agent. Technician came, said motor is defective, said due to technical issue unable to start the job got the OTP, told he will raise a request for motor and told me to call customer service to expedite the delivery. After hours I saw the status as In Progress and I called the Technician today. He told me that he will update the motor estimate and call me back in 10 mins. Then he completed the Job without doing anything nor I can call him back now.
