I wouldn’t recommend this person. He appeared genuine at first, but the experience was disappointing. He initially quoted charges for the sensor pipe and the machine connection to the valve and water inlet. However, he did not complete that work and instead took the part back with him. There is also a filter near the water inlet pipe that affects the water pressure. He told us he would clean and fix the filter properly so the water pressure would improve, and we agreed to it. The next day, he did not fix the filter correctly, which caused water to continuously fill the washing machine even after the wash cycle was completed. He had clearly noticed the issue but did not inform us. He collected the payment and left. After around 3 hours, we observed the problem ourselves and called him back. His response was that he knew the filter was not fixed and that the machine was continuously filling with water. He casually said he could come the next day and fix it if we wanted. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and honesty shown in handling the issue. People who are not aware of washing machine parts and functions could easily be misled or overcharged by him. We even have the video of what has happened!!!
