I am writing to report very unprofessional behavior by the cleaning staff. She mopped the floor with a bucket of water and then poured that same dirty water onto the balcony to 'clean' it. When I confronted her about this, she untruthfully claimed that I had instructed her to do so, which I never did. This is unacceptable and not the standard of service I expect.

Please don't book this person, her cleaning is the worst thing I ever saw. When told to mop the floor she mopped and i could see the stains still on the surface and her own foot prints on the floor.
