Had to get shampooing done of fabric sofa set.Same fabric, same wood same age furniture. One set was done on 22 Oct by Sh Pranab and partner other set was done by another party on 24Oct.Pranab and partner did excellent job on 22Oct whereas job done on 24th was lousy, dull and hastily done ; furniture lacked desired shine and glint as it was on 22 Oct. After disappointment got second set redone by Pranab and partner on 26 Oct and very glad to note that shine and glint was back and dullness was gone. Need to ensure that shampoos and solutions used are 'Urban Clap' approved else , customer ends up paying for unsatisfactory service and results.I noticed some yellow Vim like solution from unmarked plastic can used on 24th, hence poor results.
