I have booked for my sister in law s roka ceremony. she called me 1 hr before the booking , asking details. When I told her it's for roka ceremony makeup, she told additional charges will happen as they are not supposed to do makeup for brides. She told me additional charges will be required as it's for bride. Why shall I pay higher when there is no additional services required. My combo had makeup , draping and hair. It made me so stressed before the event. Where can I find someone else in 1 hr.Then luckily urban company helped and fixed the situation. She came and did. Work was okay okay. However pathetic experience with her.
