Horrible experience! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service professional. She arrived 30 minutes late, displayed a very high level of attitude, was extremely rude, and behaved in an unacceptable manner throughout the appointment. She entered at my home, and started responding in a bitter way saying last time sheqas upset on me on something. On the the other hand, I chose her to come again, so there was a gap of difference between each other. She also explained how other professionals have rated me with1star & how no one wants to do any service at my home. This all was difficult for meto digest. She was continuously fighting & she went into a heated argument with me and even said that she always receives a 5-star rating, so this rating does not matter to her. She asked me to cancel the service, but when I requested that she cancel it from her end, she refused, saying she would have to pay a penalty. Upon asking why she is so rude, she said I have come here to teach you a lesson. The service itself was incomplete and performed very poorly. She left exactly at the scheduled time because she had another booking, despite the fact that the service at my home had not been completed properly. This was a face-makeup service, where professionalism, punctuality, hygiene, and a pleasant attitude are especially important because the client has to rely on the professional for an important occasion. If a professional is unable or unwilling to provide the service, the appropriate thing is to cancel or inform the client before arriving, rather than creating an unpleasant situation after reaching the client’s home. What upset me the most was that, despite her extremely rude behaviour, I still tried to be courteous and offered her chocolates and drinks so that the situation could become more comfortable. She simply kept everything at the main door and left. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from a service professional. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant and unnecessarily ruined my day. I strongly believe such behaviour should be addressed seriously by the service provider.

We had a wonderful experience with Anjali for my wife’s saree draping. She was extremely professional, patient, and attentive to every little detail. The saree was draped beautifully, neatly, and with a very elegant finish. She made sure everything was comfortable and perfectly set, which made the overall look even more beautiful.
