Hello Urban Company Team, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I booked a "Party Makeup" service expecting a professional glam look where I could sit back and relax. But the beautician told me that highlighter and contour are NOT part of party makeup. If basic makeup is all that is provided, I could have done it myself at home. Then why did I pay and book a professional? Are you making customers fool? For the price we pay, we expect proper party/glam makeup including contour, highlighter and hairstyling guidance. She told only straighing is part of hair styling as if i am a fool. Please address this and train your beauticians properly. I want a callback and resolution for this.

Shwetha did my makeup exactly how I wanted, and I was really happy with it. She totally got what I was looking for, even when I asked for a few tweaks, and she did an awesome job. She was super patient and really nice, too.
