Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist was rude and impatient from the beginning. He was unwilling to listen to our haircut and styling preferences, even though the appointment was booked for my fiancé. While we were discussing different hairstyle options, he made inappropriate sexist remarks and attempted to insult both me and my fiancé, which was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. His haircut and beard styling skills were below expectations. He did not take the time to understand our requirements or provide any consultation or styling suggestions before cutting the hair. Despite this, he displayed an arrogant attitude throughout the appointment. The overall service was also lacking in professionalism. His phone kept ringing continuously during the session, and even after we politely requested that he put it on silent, he ignored the request and responded rudely. He appeared to be in a rush, which affected the quality of the service. Cleanliness was another major concern. He did not clean the area after the haircut, leaving hair scattered across the room. He also arrived without proper cleaning equipment and had to ask for a broom, yet the place was still not cleaned properly before he left. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below the standard I expected. I would not recommend this stylist based on my experience.
