Very average. Didn't explain in detail what he was doing, when the estimate came I was kind of shocked. But atleast good thing was that he gave a rough budget before proceeding. Work was done okay as well.

The professional was good with his hands on work except he carried less spares and drove us to use what is not needed which is not a good service practise. He did not clean even some basic things and he left the bathroom in a complete mess. Was certainly not happy with how he forced us to opt for larger size sub standard quality pipes and when we refused he used warranty issue as a threat to buy his side of the part. It's useful UC gives a guideline to the customers what makes are generally endorsed instead of leaving the professional having undue control over this choice or threaten the customer against problems that can happen. By doing so, professionals are hand carrying any make of their choice which are not listed by UC.
