Very poor service. Despite repeatedly telling the technician that the deep cleaning was not done properly and asking him to ensure everything was fixed properly, he assured me it was done. Now the chimney is not working properly and is even falling off. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service.

We booked for deep cleaning gas stove and chimney service. Chimney service was done and charged for but gas , deep cleaning was not at all done. On top of that we have been overcharged by Rs 3,000 and on top of that when we reached out to customer support , the manager Mr hemanth bluntly refused to help us out or even share an invoice to show why we were charged the amount and just argued with us and spoke very badly. He also asked us to make the entire payment to his staff directly instead of on the app. Please take strict action and see to that the needful is done and solve our issue immediately.
