We had book for chimney service and had a different experience all together. As per the UC standard mentioned about the cleaning process steam machine should be used which he never used and when I asked him he replied he has used some chemical for better cleaning. Then I said why company has not mentioned about this under the cleaning process in details as we are paying so much. He told with chemical the cleaning is better than the steam and later told I have the machine in my bike if you want I can do it but later didn’t do. I am quite a regular customer of UC and recommend my friends and relatives for the services but with today’s experience, I’m little skeptical. Kindly clarify on this and please mention the cleaning process clearly for our better understanding.

He tried to push for deep cleaning stating that the service i have booked doesn’t cover cleaning of the chimney plates. And that the grease is a lot and also going to the extent of saying that the chimney is not working!! When I told him, i keep getting it cleaned every 3 months and stood firm for what i am expecting since this isn’t my first time, he started cleaning. Post cleaning also, there were stains of water on my cabinets, the floor was wet. And he was claiming that the wall has oil stains even after telling him that’s how the wall texture is. Pathetic behaviour.
