Punith Kumar Gowda was outstanding in his work, prompt, and courteous. He dismantled and deep-cleaned the chimney thoroughly, and installed the extension pipe upon request. Before this, I had scheduled the chimney deep cleaning twice. The first guy called Vijay said that he won't do the already dismantled chimney for cleaning and took his visiting charges. The next guy called Kaushal came and said that he wanted to take the Chimney to the service center to clean. When I told him to clean it, he just disappeared saying that he would come back to clean it. He never did. Don't ever give these frauds such as Kaushal.

he gave wrong advice, he told to buy tools costing 5000 rs which is wrong , these ppl are out there fooling, previous experiences from urbanclap also was very bad. toilet service we booked he said the stain wont go and he didnt do the service and he was so rude and for for panel installation also wrong advice that guy gave and did it for 2 months dragging it. urbanclap near rajajinagar they provide such bad service, please try to fix it only this area these professionals are like that, urbanclap u will lose customers if u professionals are this bad.

The service was scheduled at 5. He called and said he will come at 2:30. But didn't turn up until 4pm. He brought another person with him as well. They only brought the chemical with them, no other equipment/tools were brought. Even the steel wool had to be provided from our end. Initially, he refused to clean the burners. He was only going to wipe down the chimney and stove. It was only after we showed him the details of the service on the app that he agreed to do it. After the service, there is a kind of greasy residue left on the stove.

Worst service… i had opted for basic chimney cleaning which was about ₹2100… but the service team after checking the chimney insisted on deep chimney cleaning even I requested them to do just do basic cleaning.. after speaking to the service manager they convinced me that they would uninstall the chimney and come back the next day .. they came next day , installed it but the chimney exhaust motor was not working .. they said they would return the next day and make sure it will be repaired.. I also paid ₹5100 and they said the warranty is for a period of 180 days .. I had booked the slit on 10 th June and till now nobody has turned up.. worst Urban Company service.. they destroyed my working chimney condition… They don’t even answer the call
