I am disappointed with the lack of transparency during this service. Initially, the technician informed me that the chimney PCB was completely burnt and could not be repaired, and he said that a new PCB had to be installed. Based on this information, I agreed. Later, he tried to charge me for a new PCB. However, when I asked to see or receive the old PCB physically, he changed the explanation and said that the same old PCB had been repaired. Finally, only the old PCB was repaired and reinstalled. The issue is not that the PCB was repaired. The concern is that I was first told that a new PCB was required and was asked to pay additional charges for it, but the explanation changed when I requested the old PCB. This created serious doubts about the transparency and accuracy of the service. I request Urban Company to review this matter and ensure that customers are given clear and correct information before being asked to approve or pay for replacement parts.
