Most reviews say the partner took 2 to 3 hrs. In our case, it was done in 1 hr. Probably because it wasn't a full deep service. The motor wasn't touched stating that it is aluminium and needs to be taken away (for extra price to boot!). Rest of the cleaning was done hurriedly, and wasn't as thorough or professional.

Manju Gangadhara is a very soft-spoken, courteous, and professional gentleman. He handled the work with great care and was extremely polite throughout. The chimney deep cleaning has been done exceptionally well — it’s looking absolutely spotless and sparkling! 👌🏻 Really happy with the work. Just a small request: there are a few oil spots and some dirt on the kitchen floor from the cleaning process. If you could please clean those up before leaving, it would make the whole experience perfect. 😊 Thank you so much!

There was some noise coming from the kitchen chimney, so we booked a service. The technician quoted ₹5,000 saying there was a motor issue, so we didn’t proceed. Later, I got it checked by a local technician, and the actual issue was just a loose nut causing the noise. It was fixed easily.
