I cannot recommend this technician highly enough for the Urban M1 filter installation. He faced a massive challenge with an incredibly cramped workspace, but his attitude remained positive and professional throughout. He spent 2.5 hours working non-stop, even going as far as to carefully remove a geyser, piping, and surrounding materials just to create the necessary space. He is a true gentleman—humble, honest, and incredibly hard-working. He didn't ask for a single penny of extra cash despite the extra labor involved. If you want someone genuine who treats your home with respect and gets the job done right, he is the absolute best in the business! He even gave all the materials like tds meter free of cost given by the company. Professionalism: 10/10 Work Ethic: Non-stop effort for 2.5 hours. Integrity: Extremely genuine, humble, and took no extra charges. Service: Removed and reinstalled surrounding appliances to make it work. A genuine, hard-working gentleman who deserves all the praise. Highly recommended!
